Before repair work begins, our technician may inspect and diagnose the appliance to identify the reported fault and determine the appropriate repair.

- The technician may provide a verbal or written quotation based on the findings of the inspection.
5. Quotation & Pricing
All initial prices or estimates are subject to inspection and diagnosis.
- Pricing may vary depending on the appliance brand, model, age, fault, repair complexity, labour required, and spare parts required.
- The final repair price will be confirmed after inspection and diagnosis.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- If additional faults are discovered during the repair, a revised quotation may be provided.

- Unless specifically stated otherwise, quoted prices do not include additional work or parts discovered to be necessary after the initial diagnosis.
No repair work will commence without customer approval of the applicable quotation.

We aim to use genuine, original, or manufacturer-approved spare parts wherever reasonably available.
- If genuine parts are unavailable, discontinued, or excessively delayed, we may offer compatible alternatives after informing the customer.
- Parts specifically ordered for a customer’s appliance may be non-refundable once the order has been placed.
- Special-order parts may only be cancelled or refunded where permitted by the supplier or where the part is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, or parts being unavailable or out of stock.
- Customers may be required to pay for special-order parts before the parts are ordered.
7. Repair Turnaround Time
Standard repairs are generally targeted for completion within 1 to 3 working days, subject to the complexity of the repair and availability of required parts.
- Any completion time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
- Repairs requiring special-order parts, manufacturer assistance, additional diagnosis, or complex work may take longer.
- We will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer of significant delays.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Warranty on Repairs
We provide limited warranty coverage on eligible repair work and replacement parts.
Labour Warranty
Repair labour is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date the repair is completed, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
Parts Warranty
